Estate Planning: Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney for Healthcare, Family Limited Partnerships, Charitable Planning, Probate including Ohio Estate Tax Returns. Real Estate: Leases, both commercial and residential. Representing Buyers and Sellers in commercial and residential sales. Land Installment Contracts. IRS Representation: Collection Division and Appeals work.
Who I Am...
We are a small firm formed in 1993. Jim Flaherty has been in private practice since 1984. Areas of the practice consist of estate and charitable planning, business planning, real estate and IRS representation. Jim served on the Board of the Central Ohio Planned Giving Council (2002 Pres). He is also active in the community, currently involved with the Rotary Club of Westerville Sunrise (1996 President, 2007 District Governor), the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce (2000 Chair), and on the Boards of Delaware County Friends of the Trail (Treas. 2008) & Ohio to Erie Trail (VP 2008).
